SHIPPING POLICY

At The Canine Menu, we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring a hassle free delivery experience, should anything go wrong please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@thecaninemenu.co.uk.

SHIPPING METHOD

We offer free delivery with Evri using their Next Day Delivery service. Terms and conditions for delivery remain as per Evri standard terms and they reserve the right to open and inspect the shipment at their sole discretion. We do not currently offer international shipping. 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

  • We aim to process all orders that are in stock within 2 working days upon order receipt and confirmation.

  • Shipments are also processed and shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship at weekends or national holidays.

  • All products that are out of stock will be shipped within approximately 3 weeks upon order receipt and confirmation.

  • We will inform you of any delays or unavailabilities of products if not stated on our website

DAMAGES

The Canine Menu Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are happy to assist you and offer our help, please email hello@thecaninemenu.co.uk
