If there is anything wrong with your order or you aren’t completely happy, please get in touch with us within 14 days at so that we can help resolve your issue. 


Our return policy for products bought online lasts for 14 days after purchase. Unfortunately, after 14 days have elapsed we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, if there are extenuating circumstances then please contact us at and we will happily discuss further.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our control, then only a partial refund may be granted, at our discretion.

Please note, we do not accept returns on items that are on sale or returns of gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange product. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a period of 2 weeks.
